Meet Bree! Bree has been a personal trainer since 2020 during the pandemic she had a lot of time on her hands and decided to pivot into the coaching world. She has a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in their bodies. She specializes in weight loss, functional training, and strength development, focusing on training that not only transforms the way you look but also improves how you move and perform everyday life.

Over the years, Bree has worked with women of all ages, guiding them through the different stages of hormonal changes, including pre-and post- menopause, and addressing the unique challenges that come with each phase. Bree has also trained men ranging from their 20’s to their 60’s helping them build muscle, regain strength, and improve functional movement to enhance both performance and longevity.

Bree is furthering her expertise by studying to become a post-physical therapy trainer, bridging the gap between rehabilitation and real-world strength. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to lose weight, or aiming to build a body that feels as strong as it looks, her goal is to provide you with the tools, guidance, and support to help you reach your peak potential.
